you will provide in-depth technical guidance and support to internal functional consultants as well as Trigg’s customers
you will create technical architectural design (e.g
facilitate design discovery sessions, capture and communicate value-driven options to customers
leverage Salesforce best practices and ‘outside the box’ thinking to design and develop innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations
UML, sequence diagrams) and data modelling to define the system landscape, identify gaps between as-is and to-be architecture and solve complex technical challenges by leveraging Salesforce and industry best practices
you will support the technical delivery of large projects
prepare customer facing presentations including scope, high level solution design and proposal estimates that align with our customer’s strategy, objectives, timelines and budget
share your expertise, mentor and support internal team members
Requirements
bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent field
salesforce Platform Developer, Technical, Application and System Architect Certifications are beneficial
demonstrable development experience including Java, Javascript, APEX, Visualforce, SOQL, APIs , Integration, Lightning framework and user interface design
proven experience with service-orientated and microservices architecture, and data, cloud-based (eg
google, AWS, Azure), integration/middleware, security, scalability, source control, deployment , test automation, monitoring principles and technologies
be able to multitask, commit to meeting targets with competing priorities and deadlines across multiple projects
A confident communicator with strong spoken, written communication, and receptive listening skill
be able to articulate and present complex ideas in a clear and concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
