Responsibility
- load and unload materials from trucks or containers
- assisting in the workshop where required
- perform lifting of cabling and other electrical materials
- refurbishing electrical distribution boards and small fabrication of metal work
- pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- completing inspection of components
- stock shelves and organize inventory in the warehouse
- cutting material and general workshop duties
Requirements
- previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not essential
- ability to lift objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time \*please note lifting aids are provided\
- strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders
- manual machining experience beneficial but not essential
- excellent organizational skills to maintain a neat and orderly warehouse
- knowledge of electrical componets desirable but not essential
- material cutting experience
- operation of hand tools
