  • administer TRICS Annual Data Collection Programme
  • company invoicing to customers, including debt recovery
  • assisting with financial systems and controls
  • assisting with development and implementation of company policies
  • dealing with customer enquiries relating to TRICS database access and membership issues
  • adhering to established QA systems
