Working hours
- full-time | Part-time
Responsibility
- work with new and existing Personal Training members to analyse and assess behaviour and abilities
- design safe and effective programmes and record progress
- work with members to develop short and long-term health and fitness goals, giving advice on nutrition, health, and lifestyle changes
- deliver exceptional customer service to our members through a friendly and approachable manner
- other tasks to be undertaken include, gym/class setup, open/lock up etc
- adopt a continual development approach to all aspects of your role
- potential work over 2 sites
- willing to work flexibly over evenings and some weekends
Requirements
- LEVEL 3 Personal Training Qualification
- comfortable with programming & delivering group-based training
- must have an interest in strength & functional based training
- the ability to work as a member of a team and to provide and receive input from other team members
- eager to grow and develop knowledge & skill set through CPD
- hard working, well organised, driven and punctual
- client first attitude
