Responsibility

  • triangle Care Group is looking for an experienced credit controller to join its finance team
  • working to ensure payments are received for invoices sent to the local authorities and CCGs
  • chasing debtors for overdue payments owed to the company
  • achieving a 90% target of receivables versus invoiced amounts
  • preparing a weekly summary report for the Company Accountant, including list of debtors, debts recovered and planned actions
  • to complete additional tasks deemed appropriate by the SMT where applicable
  • creating a process based on local authority payment cycles, to be able to pre-empt company income and to create an early payment reminder system
  • take responsibility for ensuring timely payments of invoices and chasing any outstanding debts
