Responsibility

  • you will also be required to provide support and assistance to site finance teams as required
  • we are in search of an Assistant Accountant who will assist the UK Group Financial Controller in the delivery of effective and efficient financial reporting across the UK group
  • as a member of the Team, you will develop and promote a positive image and culture to both internal and external stakeholders
  • assist with annual external audit process
  • assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • collation of management accounts from UK sites

Requirements

  • part qualified accountant with experience in a similar role and up to date knowledge of accounting standards
  • experience of liaising with external auditors
  • appreciation of internal controls
