- familiarity with Zenoti or other salon booking systems is a plus, though training will be provided if necessary

- outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- A true passion for delivering exceptional customer care and creating positive experiences for clients
- A friendly, welcoming, and approachable personality

Responsibility
- welcoming Guests: Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, making them feel comfortable and at ease
- appointment Management: Utilise our state-of-the-art booking system, Zenoti, to manage appointments efficiently and ensure a smooth flow of daily operations
- multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including managing phone calls, welcoming walk-ins, and assisting the salon team
