Responsibility
- the Gap Leader coordinates the production team members to achieve QCDH targets
- to protect the Gap during any changes
- to encourage and coordinate operators to achieve GCDH objectives
- to encourage and coordinate the Gap to achieve QCDH objectives in his/her Gap and protect the Gap
- to have routines to achieve the QCDH targets in his/her Gap. To pilot line QRQC
- to ensure communication and guarantee respect of the rules
- to manage the operators in relation to the quantity of work with the support of the supervisor
- to follow up scrap and rework
Requirements
- must have a ‘safety first’ attitude
- some experience of managing a team would be desirable
- must be a qualified FLT driver or willing to train
- must be able to work in and manage a team
- must be flexible & have a ‘can do’ attitude
- numerate and computer literate
