- create and organise team schedules and shifts, optimising staff resources while staying within budget constraints
- manage stock control, ordering and replenishment
- with a team of skilled chefs crafting farm fresh dishes, we create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that keeps customers coming back for more
- as a Front of House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our reputation for first-class customer service and elevating the overall dining experience in well kept surroundings
Requirements
- previous experience in a leadership role within a hospitality environment, demonstrating your ability to inspire and manage a team
- proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards
- strong organisational skills and the ability to manage schedules effectively
- adept at handling diverse situations and maintaining composure in a fast-paced setting
- A thorough understanding of relevant regulations and compliance standards
- flexibility and dedication to work both day and evening shifts around a five-day week, with mutually agreed-upon days off
