  • manages the Estonia and China teams in all sourcing and procurement activities as well as line manager responsibility for direct reports
  • discovers, negotiates and establishes new suppliers and contracts in accordance with the Trendsetter development plan
  • looks at risk and determines the sourcing plan and communicates purchasing strategies to the buyers
  • determines sustainability strategy in agreement with Trendsetter company goals and implements though sourcing strategy
  • negotiates contracts ensuring legal compliance for continued cost savings and reliability
  • performs financial analysis and needs assessment for purchases and products to include consideration related to total cost impact

  • approaches problems from different angles by identifying new possibilities to interpret opportunities and develop concrete solutions ensuring continuous improvement
