- post invoices and receipts in the ledger in a timely and accurate manner and allocating to correct invoices
- ensuring that sales ledger is fully reconciled
- assist the Office Manager in working with internal staff to identify invoicing information errors
- assisting in chasing debtors to ensure the sales ledger is updated
- to send timely and accurate statements and invoices to customers and be responsible for the management of the debtors’ ledger
- to reconcile on a daily basis all sales from the route/van drivers and cash totals are recorded and monies banked
- to produce and generate all sales invoices on customers ISupplier Portals. To ensure all invoices are entered on the accounting software in an accurate and timely manner
- coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
