Requirements

  • A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification
  • A true passion for working in Early Years
  • sound knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements
  • positive, enthusiastic and highly motivated leader who can develop a high performing team
  • you are able to meet targets set by Operatianal Director
  • you have experinece with business and commerce elements of the Nursery running
  • ability to build trusting relationships with all parties, such as parents, staff, children and other professionals
  • previous experience in Early Year management. Ideally you are either a manager in your current job or a deputy manager who is looking to progress
