TREAT-NMD ALLIANCE is looking for employees for positions:

project manager

Responsibility

  • develop and manage the project plan for all TREAT-NMD Work Packages as agreed in the Grant Agreement
  • prepare and deliver the Innovate UK Quarterly review meetings on project progress, in accordance with Innovate UK requirements
  • support and manage specific events within PaLaDIn such as Team Workshops, TREAT-NMD hosted workshops and Industry engagement sessions
  • coordination with other Work Package leads, as required, to ensure that key deliverables are met in line with the scientific objectives
  • organise, attend and administer relevant meetings including, regular work package meetings, project management meeting, external advisory board, ethics committee meetings etc, taking responsibility for follow up of action points both internally and with other project partners
  • manage the risk register to evaluate project issues and any non-compliance
  • addressing any contractual issues, coordinating project deliverables and milestones, ensuring timely submission of content to the Project Coordinator for reports, and handling any ad-hoc queries throughout the project's duration
  • provide regular updates to the PMO on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to upon on the project progress vs plan

Requirements

  • degree qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • project Management Qualification
  • proven experience managing complex multi faceted projects. Previous experience managing Innovate UK or European Commission Funded Projects
  • experience of developing and producing project plans, risk registers, reports, meeting minutes and other project related materials
  • ability to prioritise key tasks , meet strict deadlines and to manage conflicting priorities
  • project Management: 3 years
  • the post holder needs to have a high level of awareness of how Neuromuscular patient organisations, researchers and industry internationally work
