Responsibility
- complete unit / regression testing inline with sprint deadlines and in preparation for release cycles
- take a proactive role in client/team support, implementation, training and demo’s where applicable
- keep documentation libraries up to date for all subject related matter
- provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement
- work within the Product Team to find ways of improving the online booking tool, mobile app and any other online related technology
- understand and adhere to all IT policies, standards, and procedures, especially Information Security policies and operational procedures
- construct release notes and deliver via effective communication methods and communicate new product development and bug fixes to internal and external stakeholders
- keep up to date with travel industry news, market intelligence and competitor activity to aid strategic input into product development and user group workshops
