Responsibility

  • oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are safe, clean, and in good working condition
  • maintain a strong customer-centric focus, ensuring that all customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests are addressed promptly and professionally
  • prepare regular reports on operational metrics, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for optimisation
  • coordinate with external maintenance suppliers to schedule routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities
  • monitor customer feedback, analyse trends, and implement necessary improvements to enhance overall satisfaction
  • develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality
  • coordinate with clients to understand their specific transportation needs, including event schedules, special requests, and any changes or updates
  • collect and analyse operational data, to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. This will include developing KPIs

Responsibility

  • responsible for the effective management of daily bookings, client queries, client quotations, assistance in event planning from conception to execution
  • ensure service level agreements are met in line with company expectations
  • engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information
  • ensure team/ chauffeur feedback levels are met in line with company expectations
  • handle supplier, client and chauffeur queries
  • ensure that all processes are being adhered in order to deliver the highest possible quality standards
  • maintain good relationships with operations colleagues
  • dealing with all feedback and reporting findings to the operations manager
