proven experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or chauffeur services industry
strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with drivers, clients, and internal stakeholders
proficient in using technology, including fleet management systems, scheduling software, and customer relationship management tools
sound knowledge of local traffic regulations, safety protocols, and customer service principles
ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and make quick decisions under pressure
Responsibility
oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are safe, clean, and in good working condition
maintain a strong customer-centric focus, ensuring that all customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests are addressed promptly and professionally
prepare regular reports on operational metrics, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for optimisation
coordinate with external maintenance suppliers to schedule routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities
monitor customer feedback, analyse trends, and implement necessary improvements to enhance overall satisfaction
develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality
coordinate with clients to understand their specific transportation needs, including event schedules, special requests, and any changes or updates
collect and analyse operational data, to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. This will include developing KPIs
