  • proficient in using technology, including fleet management systems, scheduling software, and customer relationship management tools
  • sound knowledge of local traffic regulations, safety protocols, and customer service principles
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and make quick decisions under pressure

Responsibility

  • oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are safe, clean, and in good working condition
  • maintain a strong customer-centric focus, ensuring that all customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests are addressed promptly and professionally
  • prepare regular reports on operational metrics, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for optimisation
  • coordinate with external maintenance suppliers to schedule routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities
  • monitor customer feedback, analyse trends, and implement necessary improvements to enhance overall satisfaction
  • develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality
  • coordinate with clients to understand their specific transportation needs, including event schedules, special requests, and any changes or updates
