Responsibility

  • safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle, such as a van or truck, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
  • plan and optimise delivery routes to ensure the most efficient use of time and resources
  • load and unload packages from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and secure placement
  • accurately verify and match delivery documents with packages to ensure correct order fulfillment
  • effectively communicate and coordinate with the dispatch team to receive delivery instructions and updates
  • provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
  • obtain recipient signatures and complete necessary paperwork for proof of delivery
  • handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous and efficient manner
