Responsibility
- following up with new enquiries received, gathering information about the client's goals/needs, and successfully selling the correct program/service for that client
- provide weekly sales reports to the business owner of leads contacted, appointments scheduled, sales converted and activity conducted
- assist in creating and managing sales scripts and referral incentives
- assist in the production of in-studio workshops, trade shows and other marketing events
- assist in the creation, updating and production of the company’s Shock-And-Awe materials and other sales collateral
- regularly contacting our database of over 6000 Leicester residents who are interested in improving their health and fitness, and offering them information about new promotions and services
- working with the business owner and marketing assistant on developing new and innovative marketing strategies to generate new hot leads for the company

Requirements
- deep understanding of the company’s services and programs
- deep understanding of sales
- excellent organisational, time management and follow-up skills
- ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and sales targets
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to use CRM systems containing databases, or quickly learn how to use
