- transform Landscapes is an award-winning professional landscaping and tree-care company based on the Surrey/Hampshire border
- we work in a variety of different gardens, large and small, with many different aspects
- most of our work is private gardens, but there are some corporate customers
- we look to shape roles to play to people’s strengths, with good communication and clear objectives agreed
- currently we run 4-5 landscape jobs and we are looking for a qualified, skilled, honest, and driven individual to join us and lead on one of these jobs. Our work is generally within 45mins of Liphook, Hampshire
- as a business we are open to rewarding individuals who want to grow and develop with us, we given opportunity for ownership of roles and responsibilities
- foreman are provided with a Van, tools and staff to run a job, the size of the job taken on and the amount of management support will be tailored to the individual
- we look to reward staff where possible, we offer paid holiday, sick pay , benefits like ‘cycle to work’ where requested and a profit share
Requirements

- drivers Licence
- landscaping, Horticultural and planting/garden maintenance experience
- landscaping or Horticultural qualification
