Requirements
excellent knowledge of legal, regulatory, and industry requirements, and business processes, standards, policies and procedures relating to financial crime
previous experience as MLRO or DMLRO is desirable
bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related fields. Advanced certifications are preferred
familiarity with AML technology tools and platforms
A team player with excellent time and project management skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at one time
have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
develop and oversee internal procedures about customer onboarding, monitoring, and Suspicious Activity Reporting as per local regulations
review and, if necessary, submit SARs to the National Crime Agency when suspicious transactions or activities are identified
