- undertake general administration duties to include filing and note taking at meetings
- handle general enquires
- ensure that all new starter paperwork is obtained and that employees are progressed through their induction process
- prepare employee related correspondence
- collate, check and upload passenger count and Compliance Inspector logs
- assist with the preparation of reports and presentations, including month end reporting
- organise medicals for employees, book CPC courses, and submission of ADP documentation
- uniform ordering and distribution
Requirements
- excellent team player who is able to work independently as required
- proven track record of working in a comparable or similar role
- good IT skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft based systems
- able to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing
- good organisational and time management skills
