Responsibility
- we are currently recruiting for a Training and Development Business Partner to join our Training and Development Team
- the Role
- delivering training requirements for ongoing projects and initiatives outside of the training needs assessments
- developing a wide array of training content, including online training, job aids, presentations, user guides that support learning within the organisation
- this is a new role to join our T&D team which is part of the wider HR team
- working alongside our other Training Business Partner and managing the Regulatory Trainer, you will be working closely with senior stakeholders to identify ways in which existing training content can be improved to future proof the business
- previous experience working in a training environment with demonstrable design and delivery skills especially elearning is essential
- collaborating and partnering with the business to develop, deliver and measure training needs across the business and ensuring that we have senior stakeholders engaged and fully supportive of training activity
