Requirements
- knowledge and practical experience of installing and maintaining electronic equipment
- understanding of circuit boards, electronics hardware and/or software applications
- working on customer sites including safe working practices
- hands on electronics and electro mechanical experience
- maintaining documented records using electronic medium
- good working knowledge of Windows/cloud based software and confidence with IT packages
- understanding of network and networking connectivity and cabling
- developing long term working relationships with customers
Responsibility
- carry out installation, commissioning and testing of a wide range of Traka products throughout the UK
- conduct on-site annual maintenance of existing Traka systems
- provide an emergency repair and breakdown service to our UK customers
- ensure that systems are installed and tested in accordance with Traka instructions, requirements and guidance
- operate to Safe Working practices and Instructions complying with H&S, including both Traka and customer site policies
- work to high professional standards to ensure servicing and repair of equipment are delivered in a timely manner
- give support to customers as required
- perform other duties from time to time as requested by Manager
