Responsibility

  • manage open-day sessions with prospective trainees
  • provide detailed course information to trainees, answering any questions they may have in regard to courses and payments
  • follow up on sales leads, including referrals from current trainees
  • complete outreach activities including; mailshots and call drives to drive sales leads
  • office-based, Monday to Friday, 08.00 – 16.30
  • respond to incoming sales enquiries via the telephone and email, ensuring a polite and friendly mannerism at all times

Requirements

  • successful mature experienced salesperson and a great listener
  • experience in face-to-face and telephone sales
  • good Telephone Manner
  • strong focus/experience in customer service, including face-to-face experience
  • confidence to sell services and upsell on course training materials
  • positive, friendly and supportive attitude to work as a team
  • direct sales: 10 years
