assisting customers with all knowledge on products and services
facilitating sales of all training courses
supervising all unresolved compliant for sales
manage and process and correspondence with customers
perform all follow up for all outbound calls
supervising all online chat sales calls for clients
dealing with high volume customer queries both over the phone and via email and provide response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards
Requirements
1 year of Administration experience
possess excellent customer service skills
possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
working knowledge in the application of working practices and approved IT systems

work well under pressure
