  • updating and maintaining our security software systems with accurate employee and operational data
  • supporting general HR duties such as onboarding new staff, keeping track of training records, and managing staff communications
  • assisting with general office administration as required
  • managing employee files: ensuring all documentation is up to date, correctly filed, and easily accessible
  • handling key management: tagging, logging, and ensuring all keys are returned and stored securely
  • conducting daily vehicle checks: taking timestamped photos to monitor for any damage or misuse
