Responsibility
- line manage the venue’s maintenance assistant
- to support the technical department to ensure the best possible venue and show presentation experience for artists, hirers and visiting companies
- to collaborate with the Venue Director and senior management colleagues in the achievement of G Live’s commercial and customer service objectives
- represent G Live and the group’s interests in meetings and working relationships with Guildford Borough Council contract monitoring officers
- recruitment, training, induction, performance development, and management of the maintenance teams
- chairing of G Live’s Safety, Health and Environmental Group
- to lead G Live’s Buildings and Maintenance functions, ensuring that the building, facilities and grounds are managed and maintained to the best possible presentation, safety and compliancy standards and within agreed budgetary parameters
