Responsibility
- as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be on the front line with customers, handling queries and ensuring full customer satisfaction
- handling customer enquiries & answering any questions over the phone & via email
- responding promptly and effectively to customer enquiries
- providing support and comprehensive product/service information to customers
- raising orders and sending invoices for payments
- an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small & friendly team working as a Customer Service Advisor on a part time permanent basis
- printing labels & sending colour samples
- the main purpose of this role is to provide a high quality service to all customers, maintaining and enhancing the current service that is offered and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Customer Service Department
Requirements
- NVQ in Customer Service would be desirable but not essential
- communication and interpersonal skills
- outstanding customer service and customer care
- attention to detail
- able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- sales and upselling skills
- computer literacy
