  • book rooms for Inductions at each centre
  • create apprenticeship users accounts and enrol onto Moodle/ECS booking systems
  • raise Purchase Orders for apprentice resources
  • register apprentices with the Awarding Organisation
  • book online exams and liaising for invigilation
  • send out programme date reminders to Apprentices/Employers
  • extract information from the Live Spreadsheet in preparation for new apprentice intakes and enter apprentice and employer details accurately onto the scheduling system
  • collate and verify attendance records
