Responsibility
- supervising the day-to-day work of the picking/packing team, ensuring the team are completing picks in line with required shipment/collection dates
- to lead with a positive, can do attitude, influencing those around you to conduct themselves in the same manner
- to ensure all picks have been completed accurately and taking appropriate action where issues are discovered
- to locate all picked pallets/products into the relevant zone based on the pick list
- to effectively supervise a small team ensuring the efficient picking and packing of all deliveries and collections, whilst placing the emphasis on accuracy of picks and quality of items packed
- to oversee the receipting of all products and materials, ensuring they are stored in a safe and accessible manner and accurate stock checks are carried out
- to receipt all goods in for Trade Price Stone and other associated businesses/brands, ensuring all products are the same as the inbound paperwork
- to always keep the warehouse clean and tidy
