Requirements
- experience working across both webapps and native apps
- experience doing usability testing through platforms like Maze
- experience using design libraries/systems
- experience in the trading industries, in particular leveraged products like CFDs and Spread Betting
- experience collecting and using customer feedback to drive decisioning
- experience working with regulated industries
- the ability to use using storytelling to connect strategy and vision to communicate throughout the company
- experience with A|B testing tools like Google Optimize 360 or Optimizely
Responsibility
- prototype accurate interfaces that reflect our product and user experience to highlight internally to stakeholders, tech teams and usability testers
- be efficient in documenting design specifications to aid build implementation and provide consistency across the product
- working on our continuous improvements projects, ensuring that designs are meeting the success criteria, creating ideas, and making appropriate design changes to areas that fall outside of it
- be proficient in UX/UI design and creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and user flows. Implement best practices in UX/UI design to enhance usability and accessibility
- aid in the company’s understanding of product design and product design processes and collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
- you will play a key role in the research and testing phases, ensuring effective research before design and be proactive in usability testing, data analysis, A/B testing and retrospectively monitoring previous project performance and behaviour
