Responsibility

  • prototype accurate interfaces that reflect our product and user experience to highlight internally to stakeholders, tech teams and usability testers
  • be efficient in documenting design specifications to aid build implementation and provide consistency across the product
  • working on our continuous improvements projects, ensuring that designs are meeting the success criteria, creating ideas, and making appropriate design changes to areas that fall outside of it
  • be proficient in UX/UI design and creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and user flows. Implement best practices in UX/UI design to enhance usability and accessibility
  • aid in the company’s understanding of product design and product design processes and collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
  • you will play a key role in the research and testing phases, ensuring effective research before design and be proactive in usability testing, data analysis, A/B testing and retrospectively monitoring previous project performance and behaviour

technical support engineer

Requirements

  • passionate about helping others, with a friendly attitude toward assisting employees in solving their daily IT infrastructure issues
  • BS.c in computer science, similar field of study, or similar commitment to technology
  • willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • problem solving mindset, genuine interest and ability to learn technical concepts and translate them to business solutions for customers
