Education

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Compliance, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus
  • proven experience as a Compliance Manager, preferably in the construction or restoration industry
  • strong knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
  • analytical mindset with the ability to identify compliance gaps and propose solutions
  • attention to detail and the ability to work independently to manage complex compliance challenges
  • familiarity with restoration and construction projects is advantageous
