Responsibility
- act as the first point of contact dealing with customer queries, general administration and health and safety
- handle sales enquiries and sales documentation
- ensure that sales, marketing and customer databases are accurately updated in a timely manner
- administer orders to customers from registration, set up to shipping products and training administration
- sales forecasts and stock management
- lead list development
- upload marketing content on website, enewsletters and social media
- manage annual subscription renewals
Requirements
- 4 years or more administrative experience
- highly organised
- proactive
- technology literate
- excellent attention to detail
- flexible, adaptable
- ability to solve problems efficiently
- excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively help customers
