- marketing Communications Manager
- use all forms of social media as agreed to promote and raise the profile of Tpas
- assist with membership recruitment and retention strategies
- advise and implement membership communication channels to enhance membership consultation processes
- help colleagues develop new products and services with a particular focus on researching markets, audiences, pricing and marketing strategies for each
- establish excellent working relationships with key organisations and individuals within the media at national and local level
- lead the overall marketing function including operational tasks and projects, in relation to marketing, events, internal communications, digital marketing, and web development
- monitor, measure and report on effectiveness of the marketing and communications strategy
