Responsibility
- provide the Foodbank Strategic Manager with regular reports on the activity of the foodbank
- bring to the attention of the Strategic Manager any concerns regarding the day-to-day operation of the foodbank
- responsible to: Carmarthen Foodbank Strategic Manager
- responsible for: Managing and coordinating the operational delivery of Carmarthen Foodbank
- to provide cover to the Foodbank Strategic Manager when they are on leave or absent, by leading on the strategic direction of the foodbank
- train volunteers to undertake responsibilities and to meet the relevant legal requirements
- communicate with referral agencies in response to queries or issues arising from vouchers presented by clients at the foodbank
- monitor health and safety at the foodbank and maintain records of accidents and near misses
