Responsibility

  • responding to client enquiries and supporting the Director in delivering a high standard of client service
  • writing properly constructed client correspondence
  • responding efficiently and professionally to incoming calls, emails and correspondence from clients and business partners
  • prioritising and organising your own workload and that of the Director when required
  • providing effective resolution to incoming queries
  • making outbound calls to organise meetings
  • updating CRM data
  • analysis of data and preparation of financial reports & meeting data packs and materials

Requirements

  • excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
  • high degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • you will be numerate
  • able to work with minimal supervision
  • we prefer a friendly, professional and flexible attitude
  • you will be able to write client correspondence to a high grammatical standard from recorded notes
  • business administration: 2 years
  • A high degree of comfort and ability in the use of IT in general
