  • in and outbound calls and converting calls into sales
  • ensure all payments via cash, credit/debit card and Virtual Card are accurately recorded and processed
  • manage the apartment reservations database, including the creating of bookings, checking in guests, checking our guests and all guest correspondence
  • enforce rules and policies set by company
  • daily reporting
  • general office admin
