Responsibility

  • meet with prospective tenants and coordinate viewing appointments
  • prepare contracts in accordance with property standards and regulations
  • conduct credit checks and other background tasks to qualify potential tenants
  • keep track of application fees, security deposits and monthly rent payments
  • coordinate property maintenance as and when required
  • inform tenants of any changes to the rental agreement or upcoming problems with the property as and when needed
  • build strong relationships with landlords and ensure they are regularly updated

Requirements

  • proven experience in an office based/admin role
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
