Responsibility
- managing a commercial portfolio day to day - including liaising with tenants, processing and managing service charge budgets
- dealing with Landlord and Tenant matters
- budgets and reconciliations

- regular property inspections and utilising these to identify areas where asset value can be added
- tenant liaison
- rent demands
- liaising with a variety of clients - including Pension funds and more local businesses
- dealing with insurance renewals/claims and any major client works
- ad-hoc and planned repair and maintenance
- data recording/input, etc
Requirements
- we are looking for a self-starter with drive, enthusiasm, commitment to delivering a quality service and the ambition to succeed

- must be a good team player but able to work independently
