Responsibility
- developand maintain automated test frameworks using industry-standard tools andframeworks
- create,execute, and maintain automated test cases to ensure quality of softwareproducts
- collaboratewith developers and product managers to identify test scenarios and ensurecomprehensive test coverage
- troubleshootand debug issues found during testing, including identifying and reportingdefects
- workclosely with the development team to ensure that testing is integratedinto the software development process
- continuouslyimprove the automation test suite to increase test coverage, reliability,and efficiency
- participatein code reviews and provide feedback to developers on testing bestpractices
- keepup-to-date with industry trends and advancements in test automationtechnology and methodologies
Requirements
- ISTQB/ similar related qualifications
- bachelor'sdegree – Computer Science, Computer Engineering – preferable but notessential
- experiencetesting within a micro-service architecture
- proficiencyin implementing test automation frameworks and writing tests for both UIand API
- high-levelcoding competence, preferably with exposure to languages such as C#, .NetCore, TypeScript, Node.js, and Golang
- practicalAPI experience using Postman, Rest Assured, SoapUI, and WireMock
- familiaritywith all levels of the testing pyramid and understanding of testingquadrants
- 3+years of experience in test automation and software testing
