Responsibility

  • all the hotels have franchise agreements with various international hotel brands
  • THM`s accounts department has separate accounting agreements to provide accountancy services described in the principle duties and responsibilities below
  • managing a team of Management Accountants, Assistant Accountants and Accounts Payable
  • providing support to the hotel teams
  • producing weekly cash flow forecasts
  • tower Hotel Management operates 7 hotels , 3 owned by THM`s parent company the Peel Group and 4 owned by other hotel real estate investors all under hotel management agreements
  • preparing weekly P&L forecasts
  • reviewing and issuing management accounts including analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
