Requirements
completed QCF level 4 in Health and Social Care Preparing for Leadership and Management is essential
enrolled to complete your QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential
minimum 5 years Support work experience for this role, along with 2 years experience in a management role
experience with challenging behavior
previous experience in Manager roles is desirable
you will have experience writing support plans and risk assessments
experience working with children and families
the highest level of personal integrity towards providing a high standard of service
Responsibility
ensure that any health and safety issues are addressed immediately, taking immediate remedial action to prevent further hazards/injuries to any other party
ensure that data is accurately recorded and managed within the company’s management systems
produce reports on service forecasts and performance, identifying reasons for under/over performance to the Shareholders
