liaising with the customer service team to ensure all customer queries are resolved promptly
ensure all requests for credit accounts are processed and approved within the scope of the company credit policy

Requirements
the role requires a methodical individual with an eye for detail
with good organisational skills to ensure timely, well-managed collections
you may have good Accounts Receivable experience with the confidence to perform account reconciliations or be a graduate keen to start your career or develop your career in finance
