personal assistant
Responsibility
- liaising with the customer service team to ensure all customer queries are resolved promptly
- ensure all requests for credit accounts are processed and approved within the scope of the company credit policy
- responsible for sending the account statement and dunning letters
- other ad-hoc tasks as requested
Requirements
- the role requires a methodical individual with an eye for detail
- with good organisational skills to ensure timely, well-managed collections
