Responsibility

  • manage reduction of line quality related KPI's. QR/QN,FDF,IQN,NLY, CFB, PDI
  • control supplier returns & Quarantine
  • support Stakeholder meeting
  • request Production resource for hands on rectification
  • support quality issues with Build
  • inspect / Measure / Investigate non-conforming parts including rejects
  • raise QN/QR quality concerns
  • raise NLY & Process including IQN

Requirements

  • experience in engineering / manufacturing practices; Mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and structural fabrication / welding
  • accredited inspector qualification
  • ability to use measuring equipment
  • ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • experience, knowledge of the assembly of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms
  • ONC or equivalent qualification
  • ability to work within a team structure
  • good Organisation Skills
