Responsibility
- dealing with enquiries from our network of partners, suppliers and end users, via telephone, email and webchat
- preparing and submitting quotations
- following up quotations
- offering product solutions and recommendations
- responding to aftersales queries and resolving any issues
- maintaining CRM records
- liaising with our Suppliers, Technical team and purchasing department
- processing customer orders and ensuring that expectations are managed and delivery dates are met
