  • we pride ourselves as producers of the best beef and lamb in Sussex, showing our pedigrees around the country
  • we sell the meat in the Shop and make delicious meals from our meat in the café

Requirements

  • A people person, with a hands-on and can do approach
  • passion for creating delicious seasonal food from the farm and local area
  • cool headed in a high-volume environment
  • passionate about what you do as a key part of the customers experience
  • have a keen eye for detail and great organisational skills
  • enjoy working as part of a team, be able to multi-task, and work well under pressure
