Responsibility

  • we are recruiting an ambitious individual who is keen to learn and progress quickly in their tech career
  • this role will provide 2nd line support to our bespoke products that are built on SQL, Azure, and AWS technologies
  • people who joined this team have gone on to work in testing, software development, project services, and sales
  • you can also progress within the Support team to 3rd Line

Requirements

  • you will have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a technical or application support role
  • you will be educated to at least A-level or the equivalent
  • you must have previously worked with MS SQL database queries
  • you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to explain technical issues in layman’s terms
  • ideally, you will have an understanding of ITIL processes
