Responsibility

  • we have prep days, generally 8-4 shifts and events days which are specific to the event
  • this role provides several nights off
  • we operate many events off site at various locations
  • experience with proven skills to manage all the day to day operations and statutory requirements are essential
  • senior sous chef role is to aid in the management of the kitchen alongside the team headed up by our executive chef
  • we are looking for an experienced chef in both restaurant style service and banqueting service albeit most of our work is the later
