Working hours

Responsibility
- due to our rural location you would need to drive
- process customer sales orders offering advice on products and services
- respond to customer emails, social messages and processing customer returns
- follow customer service guidelines to accurately solve customers problems
- service is extremely important to our business and we are now looking for a customer service assistant to join our friendly team
- answer customer queries quickly and professionally
- serve customers in our showroom shop floor
- currently we are hiring for 1 full time position. Working week will be Tuesday to Saturday. Your days off will be Sunday & Monday
Requirements
- able to handle a high volume of contact via email
- good administrative skills
- desire to help customers and resolve problems
- calm and able to deal with difficult situations
- able to multi task
- good time management
- must be available to work weekends
- proactive and Motivated Individual
