Requirements
- strong relationship building ability with good written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibility
- co-ordinate and distribute brand samples or packaging as necessary to customers and suppliers
- support the commercial team in the preparation and delivery of customer presentations and brand days
- record all invoices for approval and ensure back up documents are requested
- co-ordinate, record and distribute to relevant stakeholders, the annual promotional plan of the full customer base
- liaise with our visual merchandising partners to provide information and support the successful launch of instore campaigns
- photographically record marketing campaigns of the brand and competitors online and onsite. Report any changes
- prepare mail campaigns to trade accounts to support business growth
