Responsibility

  • undertake and manage all operations and logistics for delegated international projects and support all phases of project delivery
  • commission work of trainers and suppliers within agreed parameters and approved by Senior International Project Manager
  • arrange / coordinate all operational matters for trainers and speakers , as required
  • create pre-course gap assessment questionnaires and summary reports
  • produce high quality branded training materials from content provided by Dods trainers

  • liaise with Total Politics Group media, production and events departments, to create and deliver client campaigns to a high standard
  • update and maintain company systems as appropriate

Requirements

  • 3-5 years new business and account management experience in client-facing public affairs and/or media roles
  • knowledge of politics and political institutions essential
  • experience of creating media campaigns for clients, including print and/or digital
  • experience with event partnerships
  • advertising Agency contacts desired but not essential

Responsibility

  • creative Ideation; Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and concepts during editorial and commercial meetings, and new design projects

Requirements

  • part-qualified or studying towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
  • previous finance experience is required
